Despite of economic challenges facing the internatonal trade after 11/9/2001, the Oriental Weavers company has achieved a big increase in its sales which estimated at 341.133 milion pounds with an increase percentage 23%, which means that the company maintained its share in the local market that approximated from 80% by the end of 2001. Reagarding exports, the company achieved a considerable increase in its exports which pushed the compnay to intend to increase the export percentage from its pruduction to reach more than 50%. The company has also achieved considerable net profits estimated at 65.8 million pounds in the first half of 2002 while 53.423 in the same period of 2001, with an increase percentage 47.9%.
