Cotton Incorporated, a research and marketing company representing upland cotton, has reorganised its global product marketing division better service decision makers in an industry.

The organisation, which is funded by US growers of upland cotton, cotton and cotton textile products, has split the division in the Western Hemisphere into two departments: Americas Mill Marketing and Brand Marketing.

Mike Tyndall, previously senior director of global product marketing, is now senior director of Americas Mill Marketing where he will be responsible for strengthening the firm’s support of the US textile industry and the company’s activities in Latin America and Canada.

Meanwhile, Dennis Horstman, previously manager, global product marketing, is now director, Brand Marketing where he is charged with strengthening the company’s influence on national and private label brands in the US.

The two departments will continue to coordinate activities with the company’s research and consumer marketing divisions, as well as its global operations covering Europe and Asia.
