Talks during the meeting dealt with the possibility of establishing partnerships between the German and the Syrian companies from the private and public sectors and utilizing the capabilities of the two countries in this regard. . . For his part, Mr. Strauss pointed out to the need of deepening the German-Syrian relations in the filed of textile and enhancing cooperation between them in marketing, training, and industry. . .
