Organisers of the New York fashion shows have agreed to move the shows’ dates so they do not clash with events commemorating the anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks.
The decision follows a request by city officials who were concerned about the glittering shows being kept on their current schedule of September 8-14.
An announcement on the dates for the rearranged shows is expected in the next few weeks.
