Spanish apparel giant Inditex, owner of the famous Zara fashion label and banner, revealed on Tuesday it would give almost 810,000 shares, or 0.13 per cent of its capital, to its employees.

The company said in a stock market filing that next month’s free offer, worth around 15 million euros ($14.8. at current prices, was the second phase of its employee share plan.
