Shirt maker Phillips-Van Heusen Corp announced has won a licence from Calvin Klein to produce dress shirts under the cK brand name for sales in the United States, Canada and Mexicom.

The New York-based company said the new dress shirts will be available in department and specialty stores this fall and will cost between $40 and $50.

“We are truly excited to enter into this partnership with the Calvin Klein organisation,” said Mark Weber, president and COO of Phillips-Van Heusen.

“Calvin Klein is the world’s most recognised designer and one of the most powerful brand names in the men’s wear market.”
