What this stage involves

Stay compliant. Keep a calendar of renewals and recurring duties: the Industrial Register every five years, the export card every five years (with a 90-day grace period), certifications and buyer audits as they fall due, and the annual raise of at least 3% under the Labour Law.

Solve problems early. If a government body delays or blocks something, raise it through GAFI's investor complaints channel, and keep written records of every application and reply. Industry bodies such as the Chamber of Textile Industries can also help with sector-wide issues.

Grow with new buyers. Keep your Egytex Directory profile up to date, answer new buying requests, and follow Egytex Market Data for prices and export trends in your product.

Expand. When you are ready to add capacity or new lines, check whether the expansion can use the Golden License: GAFI's guide lists expansions of existing projects among the eligible categories. Land, permits and incentives follow Stages 5–7 again.
