“The countries exported goods of around US $376.8 million to Brazil in January .Satisfied with these exports, Antonio Sarkis Jr., President of Arab Brazilian Chamber of Commerce (CCAB), stated that the exports showed that two sides were not only interested in selling but also strengthening their trade .Apart from main products like oil, naphtha and phosphates, Brazilian imports from Arabs include products like food, textile products, cotton and chemical products, said Michel Alaby, Secretary General of CCAB .Oil exporters such as Algeria and Saudi Arabia have topped the list; Algerian earned revenues about US $222 million and Saudis registered US $122 million earnings in January .Countries like Jordan, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen and Lebanon have also targeted Brazil as their export destination.
